An adult man was arrested Wednesday night following a reported disturbance at Idaho Materials and Construction and a subsequent vehicle pursuit.
Law enforcement was dispatched at approximately 6:30 p.m. The man left in an older Ford F-250 and traveled north on 2700 East.
At the curve connecting 2700 East and 4000 North, the truck left the pavement, crossed through a yard and re-entered the roadway. A Twin Falls County deputy then carried out a PIT maneuver. The pickup entered an unpaved shoulder and overturned.
The Twin Falls County Sheriff’s Office brought the man to St. Luke’s Magic Valley Regional Medical Center for medical evaluation. He was later booked into the Twin Falls County Jail.
He was charged with felony eluding, felony DUI and leaving the scene of an accident.
