Twin Falls County Sheriff Seeks 23-Year-Old Fugitive Wanted for Sex Offense Probation Violation

The Twin Falls County Sheriff’s Office has named Rylan Hanks, 23, as its most-wanted fugitive following a probation violation stemming from an original charge of sexual battery involving lewd or lascivious acts on a minor.

Hanks’ victim was 16 or 17 years old at the time of the offense. Authorities have set no bond in the case, reflecting the serious nature of the violation.

Hanks is described as a white male standing 6 feet tall, weighing approximately 200 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes. His current whereabouts are unknown.

Anyone with information on Hanks’ location is urged to contact Crime Stoppers at 208-343-COPS. Tips can be submitted anonymously. Residents are advised not to approach Hanks and to contact law enforcement immediately if he is spotted.
