The Twin Falls County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a 19-year-old man who has violated the conditions of his release stemming from a serious criminal case involving a fatal crash.

Edgar Antonio Venegas, wanted on a violation of release conditions, faces underlying charges that include vehicular manslaughter, aggravated driving under the influence, injury to a child, and leaving the scene of an injury accident. His failure to comply with court-ordered release terms has prompted authorities to seek the public’s help in locating him.

Venegas is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing approximately 190 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last associated with the Twin Falls area.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 208-343-COPS. Anonymous tips are accepted, and callers may be eligible for a cash reward.

Violent and reckless driving continues to be a serious concern across Twin Falls County and the broader Magic Valley region. Idaho State Police recently arrested three individuals after seizing nearly 12 pounds of methamphetamine on Highway 93, and a Filer man faced charges after a high-speed chase ended with a vehicle crashing into an occupied home — incidents that reflect the ongoing public safety challenges law enforcement agencies face throughout the area.

Authorities urge residents not to approach Venegas if spotted, but instead to report his location immediately through the Crime Stoppers tip line.
