Twin Falls Churches Schedule Services and Community Events

Twin Falls congregations have announced their upcoming worship schedules and community outreach programs for the week.

First Presbyterian Church

The First Presbyterian Church of Twin Falls continues its regular programming under the leadership of Pastor Mark Brother. The congregation offers an adult Bible study session at 9:30 a.m. on Sundays, followed by a worship service at 11 a.m.

Beyond Sunday services, the church maintains a community assistance program. A free bag lunch is distributed every other Saturday at 11:30 a.m. outside the building. Additionally, a blessing box remains available near the entrance for individuals to drop off or collect food donations.

Magic Valley Unitarian Universalist Fellowship

The Magic Valley Unitarian Universalist Fellowship will hold its service on Sunday at 10:30 a.m., guided by Erick Hopkins. The gathering takes place in person at 405 6th Ave. E. in Twin Falls.

The fellowship also offers remote participation via Zoom. Those wishing to attend online must email mvuu78892@yahoo.com with “Zoom Service” in the subject line to receive access details. Episcopal Church of the Ascension

The Episcopal Church of the Ascension invites attendees to a service of Holy Eucharist at 8 a.m. on Sunday. The service is available both in person and online through the congregation’s YouTube channel, “The Episcopal Church of the Ascension-Twin Falls.”

The church will host its Annual Blessing of the Animals on Sunday, Oct. 9, at 3 p.m. Pet owners are encouraged to bring animals that are washed or confined for the event. The building is located at 804 Eastland Drive N. in Twin Falls and is handicapped-accessible.
