Josh Anderson, a 2010 graduate of Declo High School, is now serving with the U.S. Navy’s Unmanned Undersea Vehicle Group, based in Keyport, Washington.
The group, stationed on a peninsula in the Pacific Northwest, focuses on advancing unmanned vehicle capabilities and extending the operational reach of the Navy’s fleet. Anderson’s assignment places him within one of the service’s emerging warfare specialties as the military increasingly relies on autonomous and remotely operated systems.
