The Buhl Police Department is asking for public assistance in locating a missing man considered at risk due to ongoing health concerns.
James Allen Lucas, who goes by the name Allen, was last seen on May 5. He is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing approximately 170 pounds, with brown hair, brown eyes, a full beard, and a prominent scar on his head.
Authorities say Lucas left behind medication he needs to manage several serious health conditions, heightening concern for his wellbeing.
He is believed to be driving a black Ford F-150 bearing a personalized license plate reading “ENGRS” and a large sticker on the rear window — details that may help the public identify the vehicle.
Anyone who spots Lucas or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact SIRCOMM at (208) 735-1911.
The Buhl Police Department has not released additional information about the circumstances surrounding his disappearance. As of publication, Lucas had been missing for more than 10 days.
Twin Falls County residents are encouraged to remain alert. Twin Falls Police have also recently increased traffic enforcement efforts across the Magic Valley following public calls for greater road safety. Anyone with tips in the Lucas case should contact authorities immediately rather than attempting to intervene personally.
