Twin Falls County Sheriff Seeks Man on Felony Domestic Battery Warrant

The Twin Falls County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help locating a Twin Falls man wanted on a felony domestic violence charge.

Esai Elfido Loya, 31, is wanted on a felony charge of domestic battery resulting in traumatic injury. A judge has set his bond at $100,000.

Loya is described as a Hispanic male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing approximately 185 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
